Fusion Wizard Apps
Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Fusion Wizard Apps ("we", "us") handles information when you use our mobile games, including Water Wobble (the "Apps"). We are an independent developer. Our Apps do not require an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos, precise location, or payment details.
1. Information handled by the Apps
Game data stored on your device
Your progress, stars, settings, coin balance, power-ups, unlocked and equipped items, best Survival score, weekly gift and daily challenge status, the timing of optional ad rewards, and a paused level you can resume are stored on your device. If you are signed in to Google Play Games, your progress is also saved to your Play Games account (see "Cloud save" below). We do not receive this data.
This game data is not included in Android's automatic backup or in phone-to-phone transfer. If you are signed in to Google Play Games, the cloud save below restores it after a reinstall or on a new phone; if not, uninstalling the App or moving to a new phone starts the game afresh. Purchases always belong to your Google Play account and can be restored (see below). You can erase all game data at any time with "Reset progress" in the game's Settings, or by uninstalling the App.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
Our Apps show ads served by Google AdMob. Some ads are optional rewarded ads that you choose to watch in exchange for coins, a continue or a hint; others appear between levels unless you buy "Remove ads". To serve and measure ads, and to limit how often you see the same ad, the AdMob SDK collects your device's advertising ID, IP address (which indicates your approximate region), device and operating-system information, and basic interaction data such as ad views and clicks. It also collects crash and diagnostic information. This data is processed by Google under the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). Google's list of ad technology partners is at https://support.google.com/admob/answer/9012903. We do not receive personal information from AdMob; we see aggregated reports only.
In-app purchases (Google Play)
Coin packs, the starter bundle, and "Remove ads" are sold through Google Play Billing. Google processes the payment and holds your payment details; the App receives only a confirmation that a purchase was made so it can unlock the item. Purchases are tied to your Google Play account and can be restored on reinstall, or at any time with "Restore purchases" in the game's Settings.
Cloud save (Google Play Games)
If you are signed in to Google Play Games, your game progress (levels, stars, coins, power-ups, cosmetics, best Survival score and gift/challenge status) is saved to your Play Games account so it can be restored after a reinstall or on another phone. This save is stored and processed by Google under the Google Privacy Policy and is used only to restore your progress. Your Play Games profile (gamer name and avatar) is handled by Google; we do not receive it. Signing in is optional; if you decline, the game works exactly the same and your progress stays on your device.
Leaderboard (Google Play Games)
If you are signed in to Play Games, your best Pipeline Survival score is shared on a Play Games leaderboard, where other players can see it with your Play Games profile name and picture. Scores are handled by Google under the Google Privacy Policy; "Reset progress" clears your best on the phone, but a score already on the leaderboard stays there.
Notifications
The App can remind you when your daily gift is ready and, in the evening, if it is still unclaimed. These reminders are scheduled locally on your device and do not send any information to us or to anyone else. On Android 13 and later the App asks for permission before sending them. You can turn them off in the game's Settings or in Android notification settings.
2. Your choices
Ads and consent
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you are asked for consent before personalised ads are shown, and you can change your choice at any time from the game's Settings ("Privacy options"). Anywhere in the world, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings > Google > Ads, and opt out of ad personalisation there. Rewarded ads are always optional.
Deleting your data
Use "Reset progress" in the game's Settings: it erases your game data on the device and also deletes your cloud save. Uninstalling the App erases the data on the device. You can delete all your Play Games data, including the cloud save, from your Play Games profile or at https://myaccount.google.com. Because we hold no account or personal data about you, there is nothing further for us to delete. For data processed by Google (advertising, purchases), use the controls in your Google account at https://myaccount.google.com.
Legal rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of personal data and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any right or ask a question, email us at the address below.
3. Children
Our Apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has used our Apps in a way that provided personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
4. Security and data transfer
The information described above is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and processed by Google on servers that may be located outside your country, under Google's safeguards. We store no personal data on servers of our own.
5. Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top. Continued use of the Apps after a change means you accept the updated policy.
